There is no additional cost to you, although your rates will fluctuate if you add or terminate employees and remain subject to change in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
The only action needed at this time is to make sure all users have checked their browsers and are using the latest versions. To avoid service disruptions, make sure you are using one of the following browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome (version 32 and higher)
- Mozilla Firefox (version 31 and higher)
- Apple Safari (version 7.1 and higher)
You will receive additional instructions in ezLaborManager several weeks before your upgrade, including a user registration process. The registration must be completed for all users prior to the upgrade date.
Yes, after each administrator completes the registration process you'll have access to the upgrade reminder page. Here you will see which employees need to complete the process.
Mobile access will be enabled during your upgrade for employees that enter their own time. The employee can download the ADP Mobile App from the App Store on their Apple device or from Google Play on their Android device.
Yes, access can be restricted to groups of employees or by specific geographic locations. If you wish to set restrictions or enable mobile for employees who clock in and out please email us.
