Cloud Upgrade Information

Benefits:

Registering your Timeclock with the cloud is a mandatory upgrade to help increase the security of you and your employee's sensitive data. Timeclocks that are not configured for cloud mode require a simple software upgrade and registration with the ADP server. Upgrading to the cloud has many benefits:

Most networks are already configured correctly for Cloud Mode, so you probably don’t need to make any network changes. If you aren’t sure, we recommend attempting the upgrade, as it is likely everything will work just fine. If you have trouble, please have your network manager confirm the following:

Port 443 outbound must be open for the following ADP website:

adptlmclocks.adp.com

There is no need to collect punches manually or set schedules with cloud mode. Punches will be automatically uploaded every few minutes regardless of how many punches are currently stored in the clock. If you don't see a punch, just wait a few minutes and refresh ADP Time & Attendance and it should appear

You will have access to your timeclock configuration menu from ADP Time & Attendance:

1. Log in to ADP Time & Attendance

2. Go to Setup > Timeclock Configuration

3. Locate your Timeclock you want to update and click Edit Device Settings or Edit Device Profile to make adjustments

4. Select Save and the clock will update with your new settings within 15 minutes

Time Collection Manager can be uninstalled from your computer once the Timeclock is registered
